Adobe PDF to writable format?

You'll need Adobe Acrobat Pro or another PDF editing program. Or if you're on a Mac, just open the PDF in preview. I also believe that Microsoft Office 2010/2011 can open PDFs as editable, but I'm not 100% sure about that.
