How does Batman go to the bathroom when he's wearing his Batsuit?

I'm talking about the Batsuit that he wears in Dark Knight. It looks to me like it's all one piece. Does that mean that he'd have to take the whole thing off if he had to use the bathroom, or treat a wound on his leg or something, while he was on his nightly prowl? If there's some other place that the suit opens so he could do one of those things, I'd love to know about it. Thanks. :)
