I need litigation advice, My neighbor has harred me numerous times...?

I have complained to my leasing office on numerous occasions because my neighbor has seriously hared me and my son. I asked them if I could move out without having any penalties, and they said no. And then I asked if they could at least move me because my neighbor was threatening me and my two year old son, and they said they would move me but my rent would go up 100 dollars more. At this point I feel as though my apartment complex is not helping me is there any thing I can do?
