People say whties have hurt the black race the most, but wouldn't you say they've hurt the mongoloid race more?

We always hear about slavery and how blacks were hurt, which was terrible, but what about the Mongoloid race? Wasn't it hurt the most by the white man? Europeans decimated the Native Americans(part of the mongoloid race) in Canada, and in Central and South America, as well as those native American Indians in the caribbean(like the Arahawk Indians of jamaica), as well as decimating much of the Maoris of New Zealand(who're part of the Mongoloid race as well), and killing SOME Polynesians in Hawaii, and SOME samoans in Samoa, as well as attacking Vietnam?
