Am I a criminal for this?

I think I might be in trouble for these charges. Murder- Someone punched my abs and there arm broke into pieces. Vandalism- I borrowed my friend's t-shirt and when i flexed my biceps the sleeve teared Impersonation- I was playing basketball and people thought I was Michael Jordan so came up and asked me for my autograph. What should I do? I feel so guilty! =[
