Cheap ideas for daughters first birthday?

My Daughters birthday is coming up on the 28th this month. I want to have a good party but I don't have alot of money. Grandma is taking care of the food so I don't have to worry with that. But decorations are expensive. The party store was outrageous. Although there were some nice things there. I need ideas on decorations I can make myself that won't look stupid. It's important for me to make this nice and have lots of photos I did not have a first birthday party myself and wished I had. It would be nice to see the photos. I know streamers are cheap but you can only do so much of that. Also I need to find some things to do to keep the other kids entertained as well I thought bubbles and maybe face paint would be cheap any other ideas?
