Christmas party Wii game suggestions?

I'm organizing a Christmas party for all of my employees (about 15-20 people) that will be oriented around the Wii. The problem is, I'm not confident that I have any games that will entertain the (on average) mid-30's, never-played-a-game-in-their-lives, drunken attendees. Any suggestions?
