How do I keep my makeup from being cakey and coming off in the summer?

I use 3 products, a creamy Sonia Kashuk concealer from target, a Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer, and a Laura Mercier powder. First, I apply the concealer generously first with an Eco-tools concealer brush. Secound, I use a stippling brush and sponge to put on my tinted moisturizer. Finally, I apply the powder with a puff or an eco-tools powder brush. But an hour later my face has a greasy shine and it looks cakey, especially around my acne. Please help!!
