Im 20 years old and trying to concieve for a year.. am i too young ?

im still a student but i want to have a baby so badly and i did see a doctor who told me that i am ovulating and my husband sperm test was normal. she gave me so many solutions such as HSG test and if it didnt work maybe i will see a fertility doctor people neither tell me why u didnt get pregnant ?-or you are still young!! all of my friends are pregnant now i am happy for them but i feel sorry for myself. my doctor herself told me that im still young and i have time. i dont want to stress myself :( should i continue on seeing the doctor or should i let it just happen when the right time comes?
