Will i get in any trouble with this paintball marker?

Every state has their own set of laws. My advice to you is, anytime you have the marker outside of the paintball field, make sure it is disembled. Remove the barrel, stock, air/Co2 tank, magazine, anything that can come off, take it off. Then reemble it once you arrive at your field.
